New golf hat is comfy

Needed a new golf hat, so I snagged one from here. It's a pretty good hat, fits well, and looks sharp. The material feels nice too, not cheap or anything. Shipping was okay, took about 5 days to reach me in California. Just a simple, solid hat for playing golf. Happy with it.

Custom wedges came out good

I ordered a couple of custom wedges, a 52 degree and a 56 degree, with specific shafts. The customization process online was pretty straightforward, which was nice. They took about 2 weeks to build, which felt a little long, but I expected it for custom work. Once they arrived, the quality of the CNC milled wedges was excellent, and they felt great on the range. Packaging was secure too. My only small suggestion would be to maybe offer more frequent updates during the build phase.

Amazing 4-PW Iron Set!

I just got my new 4-PW iron set, and they are incredible! The feel of these forged cavity back irons is so pure. I really noticed the precision on the course today. How are these compared to like, Mizuno or even some of the smaller forged brands like Takomo? The price point is attractive but want to make sure the quality is there.

I switched from Mizuno to Ballistic, and honestly, the feel is just as good, maybe even better. For the price, it's a no-brainer if you want forged.

They're definitely up there. I demo'd some against Sub 70 and New Level, and the Ballistic irons felt super consistent and looked sharp. Not quite Miura level, but you're not paying Miura prices either.

They're legit forged. You can tell by the feel and the sound. Definitely not cast.

Pretty sure they ship internationally now. I've seen some guys on Instagram in Europe with their clubs, so Canada should be fine.

Nah, pretty sure it's just on the clubs themselves, or at least the heads. I tried to use it on a hat once and it didn't work.

I think for most of their discounts, it's mainly for the club heads or like a standard iron set. Custom labor and other merch usually gets excluded from what I've seen.

For custom stuff, it's generally a no-go for returns unless there's a defect. That's pretty standard for custom golf gear.

Yeah, if they're custom-built to your specs, you usually can't return them just because you don't like 'em. Best to get properly fitted beforehand if you're worried.

Usually, free shipping is for the full iron sets. I haven't seen it for just wedges unless it's like a special clearance or something.

Nah, I think the free shipping is mostly a perk for the bigger iron set purchases. Wedges usually have a shipping fee.

Mine took about 3 weeks from order to door, but that was just heads. For a full custom build, I'd give it at least a month, maybe a bit more.

Yeah, I ordered a 5-PW set with specific shafts and grips, and it was pretty much spot on 4 weeks. They build 'em custom so it's not like grabbing off the shelf.
